Upload your picture and then we create an illustration of your pet. Within 24 hours, you will receive a preview of the illustration via email, which you can approve. If you are satisfied with the illustration, we will print your mobile case of your pet and send it to you (5-10 working days).

We want your illustration to be as good as possible. Therefore, it is important that our illustrators get as good conditions as possible. Try to use a high-resolution image. Photos taken up close will be the finest. Also, try to get your pet to sit still when taking the photo to avoid blurring. Feel free to take the photo in daylight and do not use the lamp / flash. Make sure that long fine ears end up in the picture and not outside. If our illustrators believe that the photo is not good enough to give justice to your furry friend, we will notify you via email, and you will have the opportunity to send in a new one.
