FAQs – Poster & Paw

It's easy! You just need to upload your photo to us and our talented illustrators will make a unique and beautiful illustration of your pet!

3 easy steps

1) Choose the style and size you like.

2) Write your text (name or similar according to your wishes).

3) Upload a photo of your pet and complete your order. Our illustrator makes the illustration based on the uploaded photo (it takes a maximum of 48 hours) and sends a preview of the illustration via email. You will always receive a preview of the illustration in your email. In peace and quiet, you can then request the adjustments you want before we send you the final version. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the illustration, we will give you a full refund. Then get in touch with us at hello@posterandpaw.se.

Frame is purchased separately for each item.

Our illustrator makes your portrait to order, i.e after you have placed your order and paid. It takes our illustrator between 24-48 hours to make the portrait. We will notify you by email when the preview is complete and you will have an opportunity to approve it or request changes.

EXCEPTION
If you are very unsure if you will like your portrait, we can make an exception for you. You can then contact us at hello@posterandpaw.com and attach your picture and desired style and do so our illustrator image before placing an order. If you're satisfied then you pay after seeing your preview.

We cooperate with several local printing houses, which means that we can offer environmentally friendly ink and paper. The paper is of high museum quality - thick and durable matt (uncoated) paper with a weight of 200 g/m2. This means that all our posters have deep colors that last for many years.

Your poster (and any frame) is delivered in a robust packaging that protects the poster.

For Us at Poster & Paw the most important thing is that our customers are satisfied. As a result of basically all our customers being satisfied, we have the opportunity to offer free returns to you as a customer if you have not been satisfied for any reason. We then try to be as accommodating as possible to find a solution that you feel satisfied with.
